Good Location. Rooms are specious. Staff are well behaved. Service is good. The Lake view rooms are good but, to some extent lack of cleanliness of room. Parking facility is there and accommodation of driver is also available. Food quality of the restaurant is good. You may get various option in breakfast. You may like the stay.

worst food and cheating customer

The worst food , cheating the guest , Order for Butter Chicken and masala kulcha through swiggy , got the food in time but no chicken pieces in the butter chicken only gravy with few chicken bones and wings. Same experience 2years back when asked to pack the balance food for parcel found gravy when we open at home. I think management is not bother on this feed back so now time to look into these mal practice.

Good food, basic service. The security did the basic temperature check and hand sanitization. No geetibg inside the restaurant. I had lunch on one afternoon at their restaurant. The menu card was very dirty and presented in these covid conditions, where we were looking at touchless or single use menu cards. Their QR code menu option does not work and expired. I had a bowl of plain curd with kulcha. The food was at the correct temperature. served and within time. They have very nice wash room to wash hands before meal. No music in the restaurant. Staff are locals and good in attitude. They would answer all your queries. However they lack the food knowledge and hygiene knowledge. Expect basic food and reasonable service. Need to mention the pricing is very reasonable and affordable.

Location: Great! Next to the Saheb Bnadh Lake Room: The following is what you can expect to get. a. A room with twin beds with clean bed sheets b. One Towel (Seriously? One towel for two people?) - clean but not fluffy. Looks like it had a 1000 wash before it is available for you to use c. Toiletries (again, one tiny soap and a conditioner - you should expect to share it with your partner d. AC - it works e. Ceiling fan - works too f. TV (I don't watch a TV - so it's of no value for me) with remote. g. Blanket with no additional bed sheet and a pillow Now the quality of the room: Falls short badly. The first room I checked in reeked of tobacco smoke. On complaint I was given a different room. But this too smelled of stale smoke - albeit less vigorous. No wonder the rooms will smell stale smoke - for each room had an ash tray on the coffee table for use!!!!! Bathroom: The commode was not horizontal, but was tilted at an angle. Poor workmanship by the plumber / fitter or whatever. They fitted the better shower and mixer (of hot and cold water) system. But they do not work very well. The shower is badly planned - it sprinkles water on the wash basin, on the cloth stand and on the toilet seat!!!!! The drainage - it tends to flood the bathroom floor!!!! The room is passable for a night. But at the same price a far better room can be provided at such small towns as Purulia. The restaurant at the hotel is nondescript. Not very well-kept. However, where the hotel scores is: the breakfast. Very good cooking and food served. The people at the restaurant - are simply lovely. They know how to go the extra mile to provide you an excellent service. Very well done guys - I am thankful for your attention

Stayed in a big room during November, 2017. the housekeeping is not upto the mark and water stagnation happened in washroom. Lots of pan stains was there in the corner of the walls. The breakfast is very limited with endless wait.
